Is Solar Energy Renewable? - Volton
Renewable Energy is the energy obtained from the existing energy flow in continuous natural processes. Today, 80% of global energy comes from fossil fuels. Renewable energy sources play the most important role in reducing dependency on fossil fuels such as coal, oil and natural gas. Renewable energy sources can be listed as Solar, Wind, Biomass, Geothermal, Hydraulic, Hydrogen and Ocean Energy (Wave and Tide-Flash). We can simply call it renewable energy sources. Renewable energy sources are provided from natural sources and are sustainable energies.
Renewable energy sources, like fossil energy sources, do not run out over time. Our resources such as coal, oil and natural gas are examples of non-renewable energies.
